Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, Engineering, or related field.
• At least 18 months of procurement experience including sourcing, negotiations, and supplier management.
• Experience leading, coaching, and developing teams.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of procurement systems, international trade, logistics, and Incoterms.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, global environment.
• Experience in multinational or international procurement operations and shared services is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily procurement operations and ensure timely, compliant service delivery.
• Manage sourcing, supplier negotiations, contract support, issue resolution, and stakeholder engagement.
• Monitor procurement performance and collaborate with business partners to improve operational effectiveness.
• Coach and develop team members while supporting resource planning and capability building.
• Partner across procurement teams and suppliers to drive compliance and achieve business objectives.
• Lead continuous improvement efforts and implement innovative procurement solutions.
