Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 18 months procurement experience, including sourcing and supplier management.
• Proven experience leading, coaching, and developing teams.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of procurement systems, international trade, logistics, and Incoterms.
• Experience in multinational or international procurement operations is a plus.
• Flexible to work varying schedules in a global environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily procurement operations and ensure timely, compliant service delivery.
• Manage sourcing, supplier negotiations, contract support, issue resolution, and stakeholder engagement.
• Monitor procurement performance and collaborate with business partners to improve effectiveness.
• Coach and develop team members; plan resources and capability building.
• Partner across procurement teams and suppliers to drive compliance and achieve objectives.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives and implement innovative procurement solutions.
