The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company is seeking a Procurement Specialist for the PH GBS Manila team. You will manage end-to-end indirect procurement, source suppliers, and drive cost savings while ensuring compliance with contracts and SLAs.

This hybrid role collaborates with stakeholders and suppliers to resolve purchasing issues, maintain vendor data, and deliver process improvements across designated categories.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 18 months of procurement experience.
• Experience in sourcing, supplier management, and procurement operations preferred.
• Strong negotiation and analytical skills to identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Excellent English communication; additional languages a plus.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Aufgaben

• Manage end-to-end indirect procurement activities, review requisitions, issue POs, ensure policy compliance.
• Source and evaluate suppliers, conduct bidding and negotiations for best value.
• Monitor POs, resolve issues with suppliers and stakeholders for timely fulfillment.
• Maintain procurement data, vendor catalogs, and purchasing systems.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and drive supplier compliance.
• Support training, reporting, and process improvements in procurement.
