Job summary

HRTX is seeking a Global Business Process Analyst to optimize IT processes, maintain documentation, and drive automation across our global operations. The role focuses on data analytics, KPI reporting, and PMO-aligned project management.

You will partner with system admins to leverage ServiceNow, improve SOPs, and implement new features that align with business goals, while coordinating night-shift onsite work in the BGC area.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• ITIL, Lean Six Sigma, BPM foundations for IT process optimization.
• Experience as a Business Analyst with modern IT tools, especially ServiceNow.
• Experience with project management.
• Ability to collaborate with system admins and experts.
• Strong IT operational data reporting and KPI analysis.
• Knowledge of automation tools and techniques.
• Certifications like ITIL, Lean Six Sigma, BPM are a plus.
• Must be amenable to full onsite setup, night shifts, and working in BGC area.

Responsibilities

• Create, update, and distribute process documentation and SOPs.
• Regularly audit documentation for accuracy and completeness.
• Evaluate processes for efficiency and automation opportunities.
• Lead IT improvement initiatives.
• Distill data sets into actionable metrics.
• Report on KPIs and compliance tracking.
• Support global transition with task tracking and risk ID.
• Embed PMO standards in project management.
• Function as a Business Analyst for relevant systems.
• Drive adoption of new features aligned with business goals.
• Identify and implement automation opportunities.
