Job summary

Ingram Micro is seeking a seasoned Business Process Analyst to support global transformation initiatives. You will document current-state sales and go-to-market processes, identify gaps, and propose automation and AI-enabled improvements across regions.

You will collaborate with global functions, prepare executive-ready presentations, and shape future-state recommendations with clear business cases and implementation considerations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; master’s preferred.
• ≥5 years of global transformation experience in large organizations.
• Experience with ERP/CRM, workflow tools, or collaboration platforms.
• Ability to document current processes and present findings to leadership.
• English language proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Document current-state processes with cross-functional stakeholders and map flows, inputs/outputs, roles, and touchpoints.
• Analyze processes to identify gaps, bottlenecks, and opportunities for automation and AI-enabled improvements.
• Define future-state operating models with actionable requirements and success metrics.
• Develop executive-ready presentations summarizing findings, risks, and recommendations for leadership committees.
• Engage stakeholders across regions and functions to drive alignment and change readiness.
