You will lead multi-disciplinary engagements with regional teams, assess customer needs, and support product optimization and market insights through rigorous technical studies. Fluency in English and Spanish is required.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in pre-sales engineering in the PV & energy storage industry.
Master's degree required; or 5+ years with a bachelor's degree in PV/energy storage.
Strong international collaboration capabilities.

Responsibilities

Lead technical relationship management for strategic key accounts and coordinate with regional technical teams.
Lead regular technical engagement sessions with key customers to showcase capabilities.
Identify and analyze technical needs of key accounts to drive product optimization and iteration.
Perform technical market research and competitive analysis to inform strategy.
Support technical coordination for key accounts and major projects to ensure delivery.
Collaborate with the sales team to expand market share across key accounts.
