Job summary

SGS is seeking a SMART Project Manager in the Philippines to support the global portfolio & innovation agenda. You will work at the intersection of data analysis, portfolio management, and executive support to enable informed decision-making and consistent portfolio performance monitoring.

Responsibilities include data consolidation, governance, benefits tracking, executive presentation support, and ongoing process improvement, with exposure to global transformation initiatives and senior

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or related field.
2–4 years experience in PMO, portfolio coordination, business analysis, or operations.
Experience in data analysis, reporting, and dashboard management.
Exposure to multinational or shared services environments.

Responsibilities

Consolidate and analyze portfolio data across initiatives and produce regular reports.
Maintain governance templates, frameworks, and documentation.
Track benefits and monitor planned vs actual performance with stakeholders.
Develop executive-level presentations and refine narratives for senior stakeholders.
Support onboarding of new initiatives and drive process improvements.
