SGS is seeking a SMART Project Manager to drive the Global Portfolio & Innovation agenda from Manila (Makati). You will integrate data analysis, portfolio management, and executive support to enable informed decisions and consistent performance tracking.

You will consolidate portfolio data, maintain dashboards, and support governance and onboarding of new initiatives. The role offers exposure to executives, process improvement, and a path toward PMO/Portfolio Manager roles within SGS.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or related field.
• 2-4 years' experience in PMO, portfolio coordination, business analysis, or operations.
• Experience in data analysis, reporting, and dashboard management.
• Exposure to multinational or shared services environments.

Responsabilités

• Consolidate and analyze portfolio data across global initiatives.
• Produce regular portfolio reports and insights.
• Maintain Power BI dashboards for benefits tracking.
• Provide data-driven recommendations to support decisions.
• Manage the central portfolio repository and governance materials.
