Job summary

Nestlé Philippines is seeking a Production Manager Specialist to drive end-to-end projects within the Nestlé Business Services team. You will mentor graphic designers, manage cross-functional projects, and ensure adherence to brand and quality standards across initiatives.

The role emphasizes hands-on design input, leadership across matrix teams, and delivering high-impact assets for internal and external stakeholders while coordinating with Marketing, Communications, and Digital functions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience leading teams with budget and personnel responsibilities.
• Experience in managing cross-functional projects.
• Leadership skills and proven ability to develop people.
• Experience in graphic design, including mentoring creative teams.
• Strong creative judgement to evaluate and guide visual work.
• Ability to manage cultural diversity and collaborate across global teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach project teams across multiple workstreams to deliver end-to-end initiatives.
• Ensure governance, planning, and closing of projects with timely decision-making.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Communications and Digital teams for design requirements.
• Oversee and guide a graphic design team to meet Nestlé brand standards and project goals.
• Provide direction, feedback, and coaching to designers to ensure quality outputs.
