Nestlé is seeking a Production Manager Specialist to drive end-to-end project delivery across Markets at Zone and Global levels. Lead project governance, planning, and closing while managing a graphic design team to ensure brand-consistent outputs.

You will coach and empower a diverse team, align stakeholders, and uphold Nestlé quality standards across multiple projects in a matrix organization. Experience in graphic design is essential.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee end-to-end project governance and execution, including assignment of work, resources, monitoring and reporting on completion, risks and opportunities.
• Define and manage project implementation plans with sponsors and stakeholders; track and update plans to ensure on-time delivery.
• Ensure project outputs meet objectives, business case assumptions and capture lessons learned at closure.
• Coach, support, energize and engage the project team; communicate roles and responsibilities; provide regular performance feedback.
• Lead and manage the graphic design team delivering assets for internal and external stakeholders; review outputs for alignment with Nestlé brand standards and quality expectations; provide direction and coaching.
• Contribute hands-on design expertise when needed and help develop templates, visual frameworks, and design standards across teams.

A Day in the Life...

The Production Manager Specialist is responsible for driving the completion and success of end-to-end projects as assigned and commissioned by Markets at Zone and Global levels. This includes structuring, budgeting, execution, evaluation, and closing.

Project Governance & Execution

• Ensure the day-to-day management of the Project through assignment of work, mobilization of resources, monitoring, and reporting on key dimensions (completion, risks, opportunities, and mitigation plans).

• Ensure timely and accurate decision-making aligned with project sponsors’ expectations and tolerances.

• Apply quality assurance standards consistently across all deliverables.

Project Planning

• Align with project sponsors, members, and stakeholders to define the project implementation plan.

• Track and update plans through governance structures to ensure on-time delivery.

Project Closing

• Ensure all project outputs have been delivered and validate accomplishment of objectives and business case assumptions.

• Capture and document lessons learned.

Team Leadership

• Coach, support, energize, and engage the Project Team.

• Communicate roles and responsibilities clearly.

• Give regular performance feedback.

Graphic Design Team Management

• Oversee and manage a team of graphic designers responsible for developing creative assets for internal and external stakeholders.

• Review creative outputs to ensure alignment with project goals, Nestlé brand standards, and quality expectations.

• Provide creative direction, feedback, and coaching to designers to ensure consistent excellence and innovation.

• Coordinate workload distribution, timelines, and design priorities across multiple projects.

• Work closely with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Communications, Digital, etc.) to ensure design requirements and expectations are met.

Graphic Design Expertise

• Contribute hands‑on design expertise when needed, especially for high-priority or complex visual projects.

• Maintain and enforce brand identity guidelines and ensure consistent visual representation across all outputs.

• Support the development of templates, visual frameworks, and design standards used across teams and projects.

Project Management Standards

• Ensure consistent application of project management practices across the team.

• Build and maintain reference methods, standards, tools, and templates for project management tailored to Nestlé’s business domains.

Capability Building

• Deliver training materials, courses, and on-the-job coaching to strengthen internal project management and design capabilities.

• Coach and develop junior team members in PMO administration, controlling, monitoring, and creative process management.
