Nestlé S.A. is seeking a Production Manager Specialist to drive end-to-end projects across Markets at Zone and Global levels. You will structure, budget, execute, evaluate, and close initiatives, while mentoring a Graphic Design Team to align with Nestlé brand standards.

You will manage day-to-day project activities, coordinate with Marketing and Digital teams, and ensure high-quality creative outputs that meet business objectives. Join a global, matrix-driven environment focused on excellence.

Responsabilidades

• Govern and execute projects, ensuring timely completion, budget adherence, risks and opportunities are managed.
• Plan projects with sponsors and stakeholders and maintain governance for on-time delivery.
• Close projects, capture lessons learned, and coach the project team.
• Lead Graphic Design Team, review outputs for Nestlé brand standards and quality expectations.
• Provide creative direction and coaching to designers, coordinating workloads and priorities across multiple projects.
• Establish and apply standard PMO practices, templates, and tools across Nestlé domains.
• Deliver capability-building training and mentor junior PMO staff in process management.

A Day in the Life...

The Production Manager Specialist is responsible for driving the completion and success of end-to-end projects as assigned and commissioned by Markets at Zone and Global levels. This includes structuring, budgeting, execution, evaluation, and closing.

Project Governance & Execution

Ensure the day-to-day management of the Project through assignment of work, mobilization of resources, monitoring, and reporting on key dimensions (completion, risks, opportunities, and mitigation plans).

Ensure timely and accurate decision-making aligned with project sponsors’ expectations and tolerances.

Apply quality assurance standards consistently across all deliverables.

Project Planning

Align with project sponsors, members, and stakeholders to define the project implementation plan.

Track and update plans through governance structures to ensure on-time delivery.

Project Closing

Ensure all project outputs have been delivered and validate accomplishment of objectives and business case assumptions.

Capture and document lessons learned.

Coach, support, energize, and engage the Project Team.

Communicate roles and responsibilities clearly.

Give regular performance feedback.

Graphic Design Team Management

Oversee and manage a team of graphic designers responsible for developing creative assets for internal and external stakeholders.

Review creative outputs to ensure alignment with project goals, Nestlé brand standards, and quality expectations.

Provide creative direction, feedback, and coaching to designers to ensure consistent excellence and innovation.

Coordinate workload distribution, timelines, and design priorities across multiple projects.

Work closely with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Communications, Digital, etc.) to ensure design requirements and expectations are met.

Graphic Design Expertise

Contribute hands-on design expertise when needed, especially for high-priority or complex visual projects.

Maintain and enforce brand identity guidelines and ensure consistent visual representation across all outputs.

Support the development of templates, visual frameworks, and design standards used across teams and projects.

Project Management Standards

Ensure consistent application of project management practices across the team.

Build and maintain reference methods, standards, tools, and templates for project management tailored to Nestlé’s business domains.

Capability Building

Deliver training materials, courses, and on-the-job coaching to strengthen internal project management and design capabilities.

Coach and develop junior team members in PMO administration, controlling, monitoring, and creative process management.
