Job summary

Nestlé Philippines is seeking a Packaging Design Project Coordinator to manage end-to-end packaging design and artwork projects across brands, coordinating with Marketing, Agencies and Regulatory teams to deliver assets for print, digital, and e-commerce.

The role drives the Design-to-Delivery process, ensures accurate label information and DAM asset management, and guarantees compliance with brand guidelines and governance across packaging initiatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in packaging design and/or artwork projects.
• Experience coordinating packaging projects from concept development through final artwork delivery to print production.
• Strong project management and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Understanding of digital file formats used in packaging artwork production.
• Bachelor's degree in Design, Communications, Chemistry, Pharmacy, Chemical Engineering, Packaging Engineering, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end packaging design and artwork projects from initiation through final delivery.
• Coordinate project activities across Marketing teams, Design Agencies, and internal stakeholders to ensure deliverables are on time and within scope.
• Establish project timelines, identify inputs, and monitor progress throughout the workflow.
• Facilitate clear communication among cross-functional teams to align expectations and milestones.
• Maintain project templates, records, and documentation for efficient execution and compliance.
