Job summary

Manulife is seeking a strategic, organized Project Manager for its PeopleComms Technology PMO. You will lead cross-functional teams and drive performance, delivering complex HR initiatives using Traditional, Agile, and Rapid development methods.

This high-visibility role supports digital transformation with data, automation, and AI to elevate global HR services. You will manage budgets, stakeholders, and timelines, while mentoring teams and ensuring continuous improvement across projects.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience, preferably in HR technology or employee experience.
• PMP certification or equivalent is a plus.
• Proven ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience with process improvement, automation and digital tools like Jira/Smartsheet/Workday.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver complex projects across multiple stakeholder groups with focus on enablement and excellence.
• Manage projects from initiation to implementation within timelines and budgets.
• Build relationships with senior management, clients and partners for successful delivery.
• Oversee resources, budgets, personnel and technology to optimize outcomes.
• Drive process automation and user experience improvements.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and dependencies proactively.
• Provide clear communication to teams, sponsors and leadership.
• Champion cross-functional collaboration with shared goals and accountability.
