Job summary

TE Connectivity in Tanauan, CALABARZON, Philippines is seeking a Plant Purchasing Manager to lead the procurement team, drive localization, and coordinate with engineering and manufacturing on NPI projects. You will manage direct materials, optimize lead times, negotiate contracts, and implement SCM metrics while developing supplier relationships and ensuring compliance with TE policies.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, or engineering is required.
10+ years of advanced procurement experience.
5+ years of management experience.
Global exposure in prior roles is required.
Graduate business degree preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead the DND procurement team to drive productivity, supply, quality, and localization.
Develop and manage localized supplier relationships for cost reduction and delivery flexibility.
Execute bidding, negotiation, and contracting for direct materials with Eng and Mfg on NPI projects.
Escalate delivery/quality issues and implement key SCM metrics and supplier scorecards.
Ensure TE policy compliance and foster a high-performing, global team.
