Job summary

TE Connectivity in Batangas City, Philippines seeks a senior Plant Manager to supervise production, engineering, and maintenance ensuring efficiency and safety. You will develop manufacturing policies, manage a skilled team, and drive Kaizen and TEOA initiatives to meet corporate targets.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree with 10+ years shopfloor experience in electronics, and strong Lean/6 Sigma expertise.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or above required.
Excellent English written and spoken.
Min. 10 years of shopfloor management in electronics with at least 2 years in managerial roles.
Strong Lean/ Six Sigma knowledge and project experience.

Responsibilities

Supervise production, engineering, and maintenance to ensure efficiency and safety.
Develop and implement manufacturing policies aligning with regulations and corporate policy.
Lead people management: assign tasks, provide feedback, mentor, recruit to meet goals.
Oversee and ensure maintenance plans for assembly, including spare parts and tooling guidance.
Review and oversee equipment maintenance plans, approve purchases, ensure reliable performance.
Assign new projects to engineers, oversee progress, manage cost and schedule across departments.
Develop and implement EHS management system and regularly inspect workplace to prevent accidents.
Organize and oversee cost-reduction and Kaizen projects, participate in TEOA training, apply TEOA tools.
