Job summary

TE Connectivity seeks an experienced SUPV II ASSEMBLY in Tanauan, CALABARZON, Philippines. You will plan production schedules, initiate work orders, and manage the shift to ensure on-time delivery while upholding health and safety standards.

The role requires 5–7 years in the field, a BS in engineering, and strong Excel skills; leadership and customer-focused execution are essential. Exposure to SAP and production planning is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years' experience as an engineer practitioner.
• Knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical, and Pneumatic drawings.
• Solid understanding of health and safety regulations and practices.
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan production schedule to meet delivery times and optimize capacity.
• Initiate work orders and ensure products meet specifications and schedule.
• Lead shift and direct staff to ensure smooth production and safety compliance.
