Job summary

TE Connectivity in the Philippines is seeking a Tactical Operations Buyer (German-Speaking) to join the PSC team in Alabang Muntinlupa. You will support PR/PO processing, compliance checks, supplier set-up and helpdesk inquiries, and manage invoice pricing issues.

The role requires 5+ years in indirect procurement, experience in a shared service environment, strong Excel and SAP capabilities, and excellent English with additional languages as a plus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of indirect procurement experience.
• Experience in a shared service environment.
• Proficient in MS Office; advanced Excel skills.
• Knowledge of SAP PR2 and SAP S/4.
• Strong communication skills and ability to meet deadlines.
• Manufacturing industry experience preferred.
• Multilingual abilities, English plus another language.

Responsibilities

• Support migration of indirect procurement processes to Alabang Muntinlupa and document processes.
• Become SME for indirect procurement topics and resolve escalated issues.
• Handle supplier, stakeholder, and AP queries for timely resolution.
• Maintain supplier master data and ensure PR/PO processing.
• Perform compliance checks and manage invoice pricing issues.
• Create/maintain info records and source lists; conduct spot buys.
• Execute procurement activities and prepare eRFQs.
• Negotiate smaller contracts and support commodity projects.
• Provide end-user training and contribute to savings reporting.
• Maintain relationships with suppliers and stakeholders; support local BU owners.
