Qualifications

• 10–15 years of related work experience.
• 5–7 years in project leadership, process improvement, and continuous improvement.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple cross-functional projects of medium to large scale.
• Implement innovative solutions to drive global standardization.
• Mentor teams on project leadership tools, methodologies, and LSS principles.
• Collaborate with program managers and stakeholders to refine project scope.
• Establish continuous improvement priorities aligned with business objectives.
