You will interpret results, provide analytical commentary, and help develop scalable reporting solutions across evolving strategies. You will partner with portfolio managers, operations, and reporting partners to ensure data integrity and deliver high-quality outputs as the business grows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 10+ years in performance/attribution measurement.
• Experience analyzing fixed income products, including structured products and derivatives.
• Knowledge of asset management products and portfolio accounting principles.
• Strong quantitative analysis and problem-solving in complex data environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead infrastructure and process improvements for performance measurement, attribution, and reporting.
• Partner with stakeholders to understand needs and deliver high-quality analysis and reporting.
• Interpret results and provide clear commentary for various portfolio strategies.
• Deliver regular and ad hoc risk/return analysis to support portfolio insights.
• Oversee measurement and attribution calculations for funds and accounts and develop repeatable reporting solutions.
• Monitor data quality and investigate breaks across data sources.
