Job summary

JPMorganChase in Metro Manila is seeking a Portfolio Analysis Analyst to lead day-to-day performance and attribution reporting across asset classes. You will partner with technology, compliance, and controls stakeholders to implement scalable solutions that improve reporting accuracy and efficiency.

You will help establish a center of excellence with a strong risk mindset while delivering timely client and fund performance metrics and supporting governance requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years in performance reporting or related field.
• Independent work style under tight deadlines.
• Strong analytical ability to document and communicate quantitative requirements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Experience presenting to groups and leading discussions with stakeholders.
• Ability to collaborate with senior stakeholders and a globally integrated team.

• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Japanese language proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day performance measurement and attribution across asset classes.
• Deliver monthly client and fund performance reporting.
• Apply industry-standard performance calculation methodologies.
• Validate and reconcile investment account returns.
• Maintain performance measurement databases and systems.
• Implement data quality controls to reduce reporting risk.
• Analyze changes in performance and communicate findings to senior stakeholders.
• Monitor data quality across data sources.
• Provide ad hoc data research and analysis.
• Support regulatory, controls, governance deliverables.
• Contribute to strategic initiatives by defining requirements and milestones.
