Job summary

OSOME is seeking an experienced HR Operations professional to own HRIS (HiBob), payroll processes, and people data across markets. You will build dashboards, ensure data quality, and drive engagement initiatives using data-driven insights.

You will collaborate with Finance, People Partners and global teams, delivering accurate reporting while exploring AI-enabled solutions to streamline workflows. Remote role with a health allowance and a company laptop.

Qualifications

• At least five years in HR Operations or People Systems.
• Experience administering an HRIS (HiBob preferred).
• Experience supporting payroll operations and working with Finance/local teams.
• Strong spreadsheet and reporting capability using Excel or Google Sheets.
• Comfort using AI, automation and no-code tools to improve team effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Maintain our HRIS (HiBob) as a trusted data source with high data quality and workflows.
• Provide dashboards and reports on headcount, attrition, engagement, and compensation.
• Support global People programs and payroll reporting across markets.
• Collaborate with People Partners and stakeholders to implement initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to simplify processes with automation and AI.
