Job summary

HelloConnect in Taguig is seeking a Global People Shared Services Team Lead to oversee the end-to-end HR lifecycle, drive service delivery, and mentor a capable team. You will manage data, ensure confidentiality, and coordinate with stakeholders to optimize processes and employee experience.

Key responsibilities include SLA-driven performance, escalation handling, and ongoing training to strengthen operations and quality across the global team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR/psychology or related field.
• Minimum 5 years leading a team in a shared services environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage daily operational execution of HR shared services across the end-to-end lifecycle.
• Engage with stakeholders to improve employee experience and maintain confidentiality.
• Act as SME and escalation point for team, resolving complex issues.
• Monitor SLAs and quality standards; drive performance and customer satisfaction.
• Drive training, knowledge transfer, and ongoing professional development.
• Coordinate with onshore partners to ensure alignment and delivery.
