EY is seeking a GPO Client Solution Senior Manager in Taguig to lead global payroll technology design and implementation for multinational clients. You will bridge client needs with EY tools, ensuring scalable, compliant solutions across countries.

This senior role requires 8+ years in payroll/HR tech, strong program leadership, and deep knowledge of cloud payroll platforms and integrations. You will guide cross‑functional teams and contribute to business development.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in global payroll implementations or HR/payroll tech within multinationals.
• Experience leading design-to-go-live of multi-country payroll or HCM projects.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance and data privacy in payroll.
• Hands‑on with cloud payroll platforms and integrations (APIs, EDI, XML/JSON).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management at executive level.
• Proven ability to drive delivery in matrixed organizations.

Responsibilities

• Lead global design workshops to define requirements, architecture, data flows, and go‑live readiness.
• Own global deliverables: user stories, design docs, integration designs, testing and cutover plans.
• Act as global design owner, ensuring scalable, compliant, maintainable solutions.
• Support handover from sales, clarify contracts, scope, and pricing inputs.
• Serve as primary tech contact for clients and EY teams on payroll tech capabilities.
• Lead cross‑functional teams across countries, managing scope, budget, risks and timelines.
• Ensure alignment with EY global standards and project governance.
• Provide escalation, QA, and guidance throughout the lifecycle.
• Contribute to business development through demos, feasibility assessments, and RFPs.
• Develop templates, tools, and methodologies for continuous improvement.
