Job summary

EY Global Delivery Services in Taguig, Philippines, invites a Senior GMx Payroll Win Center professional to join a global, virtual team. You will support end-to-end integrated payroll services pursuits across the presales lifecycle as an individual contributor.

You will manage bid lifecycle, coordinate inputs from stakeholders, and ensure timely, high-quality outputs while aligning with deal, risk and commercial requirements.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree or equivalent qualification.
• Experience in presales, bid management or business development in BPO/ITeS/managed services.
• Experience coordinating RFx responses, proposals, pricing inputs with multiple stakeholders.
• Exposure to sales CRM and pursuit-tracking processes.
• Payroll, HR services or payroll technology exposure is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Bid management: respond to RFx opportunities and pursuits with proposals and demonstrations.
• Commercial support: coordinate pricing inputs, margins and deal considerations.
• Solution support: map client requirements to payroll offerings and prepare content.
• Sales enablement: create collateral, templates and pursuit content.
• MIS, pipeline and governance: maintain pursuit records and dashboards.
• Deal compliance and risk: support compliance and risk processes.
