Qualifications

• 7+ years in Payroll, HR and/or Finance operations.
• 3+ years in a Management/People Leader role.
• Experience managing multi-country payroll operations.
• Overseeing payroll controls, compliance, audits, and statutory requirements.
• Ability to lead teams through change in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
• Excellent English language written and verbal communication abilities.
• Adaptable and capable of navigating through ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with knowledge management systems and compliance (SOX, business controls) preferred.
• Certifications in Payroll, Project Management, Analytics, Lean Six Sigma/Design Thinking preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end payroll delivery for assigned countries or processes with timely and accurate processing.
• Oversee payroll controls, approvals, reconciliations, payroll accounting entries, and remittances.
• Ensure audit readiness with robust documentation, records and calendars.
• Support internal, external and regulatory audits as required.
• Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and global partners across HR, Finance, Tax, Legal, IT and Procurement.
