Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Payroll DS Senior Analyst to deliver accurate payroll across Manila, Philippines and Bogota, Colombia. You will act as a SME for complex processes, ensuring compliance with global standards, controls, and country requirements.

You will mentor analysts, support audits and system upgrades, and partner with HR, Finance, IT, and external providers to improve payroll accuracy and efficiency. This role reports to the Payroll Senior Team Lead.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, HR, finance, accounting, or related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in HR or finance/payroll operations.
• 1-2 years of leadership, mentoring, or coaching experience.
• Strong knowledge and understanding of payroll processing concepts and statutory payroll requirements.
• Proficiency with payroll and HR systems (SAP and/or Workday preferred; ADP and other payroll systems advantageous).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office tools; advanced Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Process and validate complex payroll transactions for assigned countries/regions.
• Prepare, reconcile, and review payroll reports and statutory payments.
• Investigate and resolve complex payroll issues and inquiries; support escalations.
• Monitor payroll mailboxes and manage cases through service management tools.
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and vendors.
