Job summary

Johnson & Johnson MedTech is seeking a Sr. Payroll Automation Analyst to lead the design and deployment of automation for payroll operations across global sites. You will collaborate with Payroll, HR, Finance, and IT to deliver scalable solutions using Alteryx, UiPath, Azure, and Power BI.

The role emphasizes compliance, process improvement, and cross-functional governance, with opportunities to influence payroll accuracy and efficiency.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Finance, Business, or related field.
5+ years in payroll operations, payroll technology, or automation roles.
Strong understanding of end-to-end payroll processes, taxes, filings, and reporting.
Hands-on experience with Alteryx, UiPath, Azure, and Power BI.
Experience with payroll systems (e.g., SAP, Workday, ADP).
Experience with global payroll operations and SOX controls.

Responsibilities

Lead automation strategy, design, and delivery for payroll operations.
Identify and prioritize automation opportunities across payroll, including tax support and reconciliations.
Develop scalable automation with Alteryx, UiPath, Azure, and Power BI.
Partner with Payroll, HR, Tax, and Finance to gather requirements and ensure compliance.
