Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Senior Payroll Automation Analyst located in Manila, Philippines, with global responsibilities across NA, EMEA, LATAM, and ASPAC. The role partners Payroll, HR, Finance, and IT to design and deliver scalable automation using Alteryx, UiPath, Azure, and Power BI.

You will drive process standardization, ensure SOX compliance, and lead automation development and production support across multiple cycles and countries.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in payroll operations, payroll tech, or automation roles.
• Strong end-to-end payroll process knowledge including taxes and reporting.
• Experience implementing automation using Alteryx, UiPath, and Power BI.
• Familiarity with SAP, Workday, or ADP payroll systems.
• Knowledge of SOX controls and audit frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead automation strategy for payroll processes and standardize workflows across regions.
• Gather requirements with Payroll, HR, Tax, and Finance stakeholders.
• Design and deploy scalable automation using Alteryx, UiPath, and Azure.
• Ensure compliance, data privacy, and audit traceability in automation.
• Develop Power BI dashboards for payroll reconciliation and KPIs.
• Provide production support and maintain documentation for audits.
