Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, HR, finance, accounting, or related field.
• Hands-on knowledge of payroll processing concepts and statutory payroll requirements.
• Experience with case management or ticketing tools.
• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver timely, accurate payroll across designated countries/regions.
• Perform payroll reporting, reconciliations, validations, and data checks.
• Process pay slips, certificates, and third-party payments.
• Research and resolve payroll issues raised by employees and partners.
• Maintain payroll documentation including SOPs and process guides.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, IT and external payroll providers.
