Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years in payroll, HR or finance operations.
• Minimum 3 years in a management/people leader role.
• Experience in multi-country payroll operations.
• Experience overseeing payroll controls, compliance, audits, and statutory requirements.
• Ability to lead teams through change in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
• Excellent English language written and verbal communication abilities.
• Experience with SOX/compliance preferred.
• Certifications in Payroll, Project Management, Analytics, Lean Six Sigma/Design Thinking preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end payroll delivery for assigned countries or processes, ensuring timely and accurate payroll processing in compliance with policy and local laws.
• Oversee payroll controls, approvals (including off-cycle payments), reconciliations, payroll accounting entries, and remittances.
• Ensure audit readiness by maintaining robust documentation and calendars.
• Support internal, external, and regulatory audits as required.
• Lead and manage a matrixed team of payroll supervisors and staff.
• Partner with global/local payroll teams on system implementations and transitions.
