Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Experience in clinical contracts/budget administration or clinical operations.
• Demonstrated leadership, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Strong understanding of global participant payments and travel services.

Responsibilities

• Implement strategy on global participant payments and travel services, including sourcing and defining roles.
• Lead cross-functional efforts to improve payments processes, systems, and tools.
• Engage with study teams and vendor leadership to manage issues and vendor performance.
• Develop process guidelines and ensure QC checks and oversight activities.
• Define leadership of strategies, processes, and quality standards.
