Job summary

Precision Medicine Group is expanding across Latin America and globally and seeks a Contracts & Budgets Associate to support regional study budgets and a variety of agreements.

The post holder develops and negotiates budgets based on study protocol and collaborates with the Clinical Operations team to ensure alignment with study timelines while reviewing confidentiality, master confidentiality and clinical study agreements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent contract management experience.
• 1 year of drafting, reviewing and negotiating contracts related to clinical research.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Develop, negotiate global study budgets based on the requirements of a study protocol.
• Review, draft and negotiate a variety of agreements including confidentiality agreements, master confidentiality agreements, clinical study agreements and amendment agreements.
• Coordinate execution of agreements.
• Maintain contract files and databases, including contract archiving.
• Update relevant study team members regarding the status of contract negotiations and execution.
• Resolve contractual issues with supervisors and stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures and contracting standards.
• Other tasks, as assigned.
