Job summary

Precision Medicine Group is expanding its LATAM operations and seeks an experienced In-house CRA II to help build a regional function across LATAM.

You will support study sites and clinical teams, ensure compliance with ICH/GCP, manage data in CTMS/EDC, and coordinate site activities, with remote work options.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years in clinical research, fluent English, strong communication, and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, science or healthcare preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in clinical research or related field.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist sites with recruitment activities and site materials.
• Coordinate site feasibility and recruitment tasks; review responses to site questionnaires.
• Schedule internal and external meetings; prepare Investigator Site Files as required.
• Maintain TMF data and ensure regulatory compliance (ICH/GCP).
• Utilize CTMS to track milestones and activities.
• Serve as site liaison and manage study supplies and offsite monitoring.
• Ensure timely data entry in EDC or similar systems; communicate study updates to sites.
• Support logistics of sample management and study supply processes.
• Assist in regulatory submissions with local IRB/IEC requirements.
• Document site and sponsor interactions; support data clean-up and query resolution.
• Attend site visits when needed; mentor In-house CRA Trainees.
