Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or allied health required.
• Professional license in Nursing or allied health (PRC) required.
• 1–2 years clinical/hospital experience preferred.
• Strong English and Thai communication skills; ability to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Respond to patient queries via email, live chat, or phone.
• Coordinate appointments and hospital services with clinicians and departments.
• Review medical reports and assist in refer-in service coordination.
