Responsibilities

• Coordinate with onshore Case Manager once medical criteria are met.
• Perform outbound calls to Medical Providers to secure appointments and verify attendance.
• Handle inbound calls from Medical Providers and IW to address inquiries.
• Accurate documentation and patient file management.
• Review patients' progress as needed.
• Work on multiple systems with evolving scope.
• Provide support to assigned Case Manager as needed.
• Attend training/educational classes as appropriate.
• Coordinate activities in supervisor's absence when applicable.
• Strive to meet departmental standards and objectives.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
