Job summary

You will handle emails and live chats, schedule appointments, and coordinate with medical staff to ensure smooth patient care. The role requires nursing or allied health background, strong English and Thai communication, and solid customer service skills in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or Allied Health.
• PRC license is an advantage.
• 1–2 years clinical/hospital experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond to patient queries via email, live chat, or phone.
• Arrange appointments and coordinate hospital services.
• Coordinate with clinics and departments to ensure patient care.
• Train junior Email Support Representatives and participate in process improvements.
