• Build and sustain long-term strategic partnerships with Globe’s business units.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to align projects with objectives and timelines.
• Track milestones, deliverables, and progress; provide regular status updates.
• Develop campaign reports evaluating performance and derive actionable insights.
• Conduct post-mortem reviews to capture learnings for future projects.
• Use data analytics to measure outcomes and inform decisions.
• Communicate project status, risks, and milestones to stakeholders.
• Identify strategic opportunities and prepare proposals for new initiatives.
• Stay informed on market trends and competitor activities to drive advantage.
• Maintain alignment with goals of GCash and Globe.
