You will plan and coordinate cross-functional projects, track milestones, prepare concise reports, and communicate risks and progress to stakeholders. The role demands data-driven decisions, market awareness, and the ability to turn insights into new opportunities for GCash and its partners.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Partnership Management: Build, cultivate, and sustain strong relationships with Globe’s business units to achieve long-term strategic partnerships.
• Project Planning and Oversight: Plan, coordinate, and execute projects with internal teams and external stakeholders; track milestones and deliverables.
• Stakeholder Communication: Provide regular updates and reports on project status, risks, and milestones to stakeholders.
• Opportunity Identification: Identify and present strategic opportunities aligning with goals of GCash and Globe.
• Market and Competitor Analysis: Monitor market trends and competitors to drive opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Partnership Management:
  • Serve as the main liaison between GCash and Globe Business Unit/s, handling growth of business, strategic projects, and campaign executions.
  • Build, cultivate, and sustain strong relationships with Globe’s business unit/s to achieve and maintain long-term strategic partnerships.
• Project Planning and Oversight:
  • Work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to strategize, plan, coordinate, and execute projects, ensuring alignment with objectives and timelines.
  • Track project milestones, deliverables, and overall progress. Provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
  • Develop and deliver comprehensive campaign reports that evaluate project performance against key metrics and objectives. Ensure reports are insightful and actionable for all stakeholders.
  • Conduct detailed post-mortem reviews following project completion to analyze successes, challenges, and areas for improvement. Document findings and recommendations to enhance future project execution.
  • Leverage data analytics to assess project outcomes and measure impact. Use insights derived from data to inform decision-making and optimize project strategies.
• Stakeholder Communication:
  • Manage and facilitate effective communication between Globe and internal stakeholders to ensure that project objectives and expectations are clearly understood and met.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on project status, potential risks, and milestones.
• Opportunity Identification:
  • Identify and evaluate strategic opportunities and partnerships that could enhance the performance and growth of both GCash and Globe.
  • Develop and present proposals for new initiatives that align with the strategic goals of both organizations.
• Market and Competitor Analysis:
  • Stay informed about market trends, industry behavior, and competitor activities to identify and leverage new business opportunities.
  • Analyze competitive strategies to develop insights and drive competitive advantage for GCash.
