Job summary

Trip.com Group in Manila is seeking a motivated Partnerships/Business Development support role for at least 6 months full-time. You will assist in acquiring and maintaining attractions and experience partners, support market growth, and coordinate marketing activities with internal teams.

The role requires strong English, basic knowledge of MS Word/Excel/Outlook/PowerPoint, 0-2 years experience in tourism, sales, marketing, or e-commerce, and a network with top tourism attractions is a plus.

Qualifications

• Excellent command of written and spoken English; proficiency in Chinese is a plus.
• 0-2 years of relevant experience; internships or academic projects in tourism, hospitality, sales, marketing, e-commerce, or related fields are valued.

Responsibilities

• Support Partnership Development: Assist in acquiring and maintaining relationships with attractions and experience partners under guidance.
• Assist in Market Growth: Support senior team members in plans to increase Trip.com Group's market share and local awareness.
• Coordinate Marketing Activities: Help execute marketing plans with partners and internal departments; communicate campaigns to suppliers for visibility.
• Conduct Market Research: Gather and analyze basic market data (competitors, products, pricing, suppliers) to support localization and optimization.
• Administrative & Project Support: Assist with partner communications, agreement documentation, reporting and ad-hoc projects.
