Job summary

Abbott is seeking a Global Business Process Specialist, Order-to-Cash (OTC) to shape and govern global OTC processes and enable systems. The role partners with Business, GBS, IT, Finance, Customer Service and regional operations to drive consistency, scalability and performance across the end-to-end OTC value stream.

The position requires experience in customer service, finance or AR, and ERP systems like SAP ECC/S4HANA, with a focus on process ownership, governance and global project delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, finance, or AR in a global/multi-country environment.
• Background in process ownership, business transformation, or global projects.
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP ECC / S4HANA) and integrations.

Responsibilities

• Understand project scope, timelines, dependencies and deliverables.
• Support delivery of project objectives and milestones on time.
• Partner with Business/GBS/IT/Finance/Tax/Compliance and regional teams to design scalable solutions.
• Promote adoption and consistent use of the OTC Global Template.
• Collaborate with cross-functional and regional stakeholders with clear communication.
• Identify process gaps, risks, and support resolution actions.
• Contribute to OTC GPO capability, maturity and success.
• Act as change leader supporting adoption, readiness and capability building.
