Addiction Foods is seeking an experienced Order Management & Logistics Team Lead/Manager in the Philippines to steer international order management and logistics operations. • Hands-on order management experience required.
• Proficient in SAP with end-to-end order processing.
• Experience handling international markets and exports.
• Strong Excel, reporting and analytics skills.
• Proven ability to lead a team and drive process improvements.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Order Management & Logistics team while remaining hands-on with daily operations.
• Manage the end-to-end order process from receipt to SAP processing, fulfillment, shipment and delivery.
• Process and monitor orders for multiple international markets.
• Coordinate export shipments, including documentation and freight arrangements.
• Work with Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, Warehouse, customers, distributors and partners.
• Monitor backorders, delivery performance, order exceptions and customer requirements.
• Identify bottlenecks and implement continuous improvements and automation.
• Use AI and digital tools to improve order processing, reporting and productivity.
• Develop and maintain SOPs, controls, KPIs and dashboards.
• Coach the team, allocate workload and drive operational improvements.
