Job summary

Addiction Foods NZ Ltd. Philippines is seeking an Order Management Lead to oversee end-to-end order processing in SAP, including export orders, while driving process improvements and automation.

The role splits 50% hands-on execution and 50% process optimization, using AI tools to streamline checks, documentation, reporting, and data extraction across Sales, Supply Chain, Warehouse and Finance. You will document new SOPs and measure improvements, aiming to reduce manual work and realise faster,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics or related field.
• 5+ years of relevant Order Management or Logistics experience.

Responsibilities

• Process and manage customer orders end-to-end in SAP.

Order Management Lead

Role Scope: 50% Order Processing & Export | 50% Process Improvement, Automation & AI

Job Purpose

The Order Management Lead is a hands-on role responsible for end-to-end customer order processing in SAP, including export orders, while also improving and automating Order Management processes.

The role is equally focused on operational execution (50%) and process improvement, automation, and practical use of AI tools (50%).

Key Responsibilities

Order Management & Export – 50%

• Process and manage customer orders end-to-end in SAP.
• Review order details, pricing, inventory, delivery, and shipping requirements.
• Coordinate with Sales, Supply Chain, Warehouse, Finance, and other teams to ensure timely fulfilment.
• Manage export orders, including shipping documentation and coordination with freight forwarders/logistics providers.
• Monitor orders and shipments and resolve delays, discrepancies, and other issues.
• Maintain accurate SAP records and order documentation.

Process Improvement, Automation & AI – 50%

• Review and map existing Order Management processes.
• Identify manual, repetitive, inefficient, or error-prone activities.
• Improve and automate workflows to reduce manual work, errors, and processing time.
• Use AI tools and automation technologies for order checking, document processing, reporting, data extraction, exception management, and other practical applications.
• Develop, test, and implement improved workflows with appropriate controls.
• Document new processes and SOPs and measure improvements achieved.

Qualifications & Experience

Must-Have

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, or related field.
• 5+ years of relevant Order Management, Supply Chain, Customer Service, or Logistics experience.
• Strong hands-on SAP order processing experience.
• Hands-on export order and international shipping experience.
• Experience with export/shipping documentation and freight forwarder coordination.
• Demonstrated process improvement experience.
• Practical working knowledge and use of AI tools for business processes.
• Strong Excel, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and stakeholder-management skills.

Strong Advantage

• SAP Business One / SAP HANA experience.
• Manufacturing, FMCG, food, pet food, or consumer-goods experience.
• Power Automate, Power Query, Power BI, workflow automation, or similar tools.
• Experience automating Order Management or Supply Chain processes.
