Job summary

Hellmann is seeking an Operation Excellence & Project Manager to join our Shared Service Center in the Philippines. You will drive end-to-end improvement programs, streamline service migration, and embed Lean Six Sigma practices to enhance efficiency and quality.

Ideal candidates have a strong background in international logistics, 6+ years of global experience, and the ability to coach remote teams while partnering with senior leadership to deliver sustainable results.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in International Logistics, Freight Forwarding, or related field.
Minimum 6 years of experience in an international environment.
At least 3 years of experience leading international projects with 10+ stakeholders.
LEAN Six Sigma certification and hands-on project experience is a plus.
Understanding of international air and sea freight forwarding and logistics processes is beneficial.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end improvement projects to increase efficiency and service quality.
Manage onboarding and integration of new services into the shared service center.
Identify and implement process optimization opportunities using data analysis and best practices.
Design process flows, write SOPs, and create training materials for frontline teams.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement sustainable, long-term solutions.
Track project progress, manage risks, ensure timely delivery.
Promote continuous improvement by coaching teams and applying LEAN methodologies.
