Job summary

Hellmann Worldwide Logistics-Philippines, Inc. is seeking an experienced Operation Excellence & Project Manager to lead strategic improvement initiatives in our Shared Service Center.

You will drive productivity, streamline operations, and support seamless migration of new services into the center. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Logistics and 6+ years in an international setting, with strong analytics, stakeholder management, and Lean Six Sigma experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in International Logistics, Freight Forwarding, or a related field.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in an international environment.
• At least 3 years of experience leading international projects with 10+ stakeholders.
• LEAN Six Sigma certification and hands-on project experience is a plus.
• In-depth understanding of international air and sea freight forwarding and logistics processes is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end improvement projects that increase efficiency and service quality.
• Manage onboarding and integration of new services into the shared service center.
• Identify and implement process optimization opportunities using data analysis and best practices.
• Design process flows, write SOPs, and create training materials for frontline teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement sustainable, long-term solutions.
• Track project progress, manage risks, and ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement by coaching teams and applying LEAN methodologies.

Education
