Job summary

Hellmann Philippines is seeking a customer service professional to coordinate import/export shipments, liaise with customers, shippers, network, and overseas partners. You will help achieve timely freight bookings, shipment pickup, and related coordination for export, import, and cross-trade activities.

Ideal candidates have end-to-end Air/Ocean Freight Import/Export experience, 1-3 years in operations, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

End to end Air/Ocean Freight Import/Export experience is essential.
1-3 years of experience in operation is preferred.
International working experience is advantageous.
Work experience in international logistics or freight forwarding apprenticeship preferred.

Responsibilities

Focus on customer needs and requirements as a priority.
Pro-actively inform customer about irregularities and provide alternative solutions.
Read and follow instructions defined in customer SOPs.
Organize day-to-day import/export operational duties.
Coordinate import/export shipments with customers, airlines/carriers, sub-contractors, agents and truckers.
Prepare, create, and execute required import/export documents.
Monitor daily import/export shipment/delivery requirements.
Attend to destination export customs documents and facilities via the Hellmann Freight TMS system.
Maintain latest customer contact to ensure quality service.
