• Strong knowledge of BCM and resilience concepts.

• Ability to identify non-compliance and drive remediation.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Aufgaben

• Serve as first-line SME for Operational Resilience and BC.
• Lead development of standardized BCM tools, templates, procedures and SOPs.
• Perform first-line QA of resilience documentation.
• Identify gaps and elevate risks; drive remediation with stakeholders.
• Guide stakeholders in identifying critical processes and dependencies.
• Support exercises, audits, and regulatory readiness; maintain evidence.
• Lead stakeholder training and capability-building across global functions.
