Straive is seeking an Executive Leader for Operations in the Financial Services vertical to oversee end-to-end O2C processes, credit risk management, and commercial collections within a global GBS framework. You will drive operational excellence, establish COE capabilities in a BPO setting, and partner with cross-functional leaders to align finance with growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership experience in GBS/Shared Services managing the O2C cycle.
• Proven ability to build and lead a COE in a BPO environment.
• Experience in Credit Risk Management and Commercial Collections within Finance/Tech.

Responsibilities

• Lead and optimize the Order-to-Cash (O2C) cycle within a GBS/Shared Services setting.
• Build and scale a Center of Excellence (COE) from the ground up in a BPO environment.
• Drive credit risk management strategies and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Oversee commercial collections, ensuring timely recovery and strong client relationships.
• Partner with cross-functional leaders to align financial services with growth objectives.
• Mentor and develop high-performing teams, promoting accountability and innovation.
