Job summary

Private Advertiser seeks a visionary Chief Operating Officer to oversee daily operations, drive efficiency, and ensure strategic alignment with business goals. The role requires leadership in operations, risk oversight, and organizational growth, ideally with a banking industry background.

You will partner with the CEO and executive team to define initiatives, implement policies, and lead cross-functional teams toward growth and excellence in a highly regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• Extensive leadership experience in operations, preferably in banking or financial services.
• Strong knowledge of compliance and risk management.
