Job summary

Coca-Cola Europacific Partners is seeking a Senior Manager Global Mobility for the APS region. Based onsite in Taguig, Philippines, you will manage global mobility policies, advise senior stakeholders and coordinate moves within the region and with Europe.

You will partner with Talent, Payroll, Finance and external providers to ensure compliant, efficient mobility processes. You will lead end-to-end mobility assignments, briefings, and policy improvements, while building strong relationships

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of Global Mobility experience in Big 4 or in-house with a large international organisation.
• Experience of the APAC region mobility agenda and related complexities.
• Tax/immigration experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the APS regional Global Mobility agenda within a globally aligned policy framework.
• Serve as the single point of contact for APS region mobility queries during APS hours.
• Manage end-to-end mobility moves, including cross-regional moves to Europe.
• Collaborate with Talent, Payroll, Finance, Legal and external mobility providers.
• Advise, train and support P&C, TA, and People Services on mobility policies.
