Qualifications

• At least 2 years of immigration and visa processing experience.
• Experience with ticketing systems (Jira or Zendesk) and HR/mobility databases.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Experience performing right-to-work checks and staying compliant.

Responsibilities

• Manage global mobility ticketing and inquiries; escalate complex cases to the Sr. Manager or partners as needed.
• Conduct country-card compliance reviews and right-to-work checks across locations.
• Assist with visa applications and renewals; participate in calls with customers and stakeholders.
• Handle invoice reviews for immigration partners and maintain records in mobility databases.
• Monitor immigration landscape and regulatory changes.
